Our motto is to achieve 100% satisfied customers. And at all times, we are striving to keep up to that level. But for some unfortunate reason, if you are not satisfied by our products, we are eager to find a solution for you. Please have a look at our easy and hassle-free return policy.
Please note that a 5% - 10% variation in colour is considered as normal as there are difference in the colour of actual product from that seen in a picture or on screen due to light effects.
Sometimes photo may differ from the actual product due to reproduction limitations of photography and limitations of viewing photos at different resolutions, hue, brightness, contrast, and other screen variations outside our control. Actual product received may be slightly different than the product image as handicrafts are manufactured by hand & not through machines. So, presence of irregularities should not be considered as defects.
IN CASE OF A DEFECTIVE/WRONGLY SENT PRODUCT:
· Please complain to us within 72 hours of
receiving the product with a picture of the received products clearly showing
the defect and product code &
packaging alongside to claim refunds from our shipping partners. If your return
is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card(or original method
of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days,
depending on your card issuer's policies.
· We will find a solution to your query within 48 hours of receiving the mail by either replacing the product/offering you a credit note/full refund of the amount.
· If you are shipping the product to us, we will bear the shipping cost in the form of a credit note of the amount of shipping cost.
· The product should be in the same state as received, along with tags and in original packing.
IN CASE THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, THEN :
Give us a clear description of the damage-broken, cracked,
We will replace the damaged items, and will file a damage claim with the US post or UPS.
Do NOT send the broken items back to us.
IN CASE THE RECEIVED PRODUCT IS SAME AS THE ONE ORDERED BUT NOT LIKED UPON REACHING:
Please email us the product picture along with product code
within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Our executives will find a solution for you by either allowing you to send it back to us and buy any other product or by giving you a credit note of the same value deducting the shipping cost paid by us.
In this case, if you are shipping the product to us, the company will not bear the shipping cost.
The product should be in the same state as received, along with tags and in original packing. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
